Mark Arensberg
Partner
Mark was a founding member of Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023 after spending 15 years at Colliers International Kansas City, where he specialized in retail brokerage, development, and investment sales. He currently represents tenants (First Watch, Pacific Dental, Scooters, etc.) throughout the Midwest and focuses on retail investment sales and acquisitions. He also co-founded Peak Equities in 2020, which is the acquisition arm of Peak Real Estate Partners.

Charlie Daniels
Partner
Charlie Daniels has been an entrepreneur in the technology field for nearly three decades. He is currently a co-founder in an active investment fund, CS Funding LLC, with current holdings in various real estate projects in Arkansas, Kansas, Florida, and Missouri. He has been involved in several start-ups through successful exits.
Holding dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, Daniels has a diverse background in healthcare, technology, real estate, and business. He has held positions at management and executive levels, as well as operational leadership roles in business development, professional services, and software development.

Betsy Lindsey
Director of Investor Relations
Betsy is originally from Leavenworth, Kansas and attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history in 2005. After graduation, she began her nonprofit and fundraising career at the KU Alumni Association before taking leadership positions at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, where she helped to grow membership programs and events, and at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
Betsy comes to Peak from Just Like You Films, where she was Executive Director and ran the business side of the organization. With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, Betsy is excited to change direction and bring her love of relationship building to Peak as she leads the equity raise as Director of Investor Relations.

Mike Yeggy
Partner
Mike was a founding member of Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023, where he specializes in retail, office, and industrial investment sales brokerage. He currently represents sellers and buyers throughout the Midwest on sales and acquisitions. He also co-founded Peak Equities in 2020, which is the acquisition arm of Peak Real Estate Partners. Peak Equities acquires and manages commercial properties across several states.

Maggie Hawkinson
Accounting Manager
Maggie has a proven track record in real estate accounting and management. She began her career with Ernst & Young in Dallas before returning home to Kansas City to work for Platform Ventures. Maggie joined Peak Real Estate Partners in 2024, where she managed company financials and property-level accounting, and is now stepping into the role of Director of Accounting at Peak Equities.
Maggie grew up in Kansas City and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Kansas. She and her husband, Tucker, have three daughters—Hattie, Millie, and Lottie—and live in Mission Hills, Kansas, with their dog, Birdie. As a family, they enjoy walking to neighborhood parks, visiting the farmers market, exploring new shops and restaurants, and traveling.
